We are thrilled to announce that our offices will be re-opening…

We are thrilled to announce that our offices will be re-opening to the public beginning, Wednesday, July 1st, 2020! While getting back to normal may still be an “unknown” for many of us, being back in the office to serve our clients’ insurance needs is something we have been looking forward to with great anticipation!

Everyone’s safety is of the utmost importance to us!
Following closely with the re-opening guidelines set forth by Gov. Murphy and the CDC, our offices will be elevating our safety precautions and implementing the following guidelines and restrictions for those wishing to visit our offices in person:

1.) PLEASE CALL AHEAD:
We will require all customers to call either ahead of their visit or from the office parking lot to identify the reason for coming to the office. Our staff will be ready to permit entry after the call.

2.) MASKS REQUIRED IN OFFICE:
There will be signs posted directing all clients to wear a mask before entering the office and will be required to gain entry.

3.) HAND SANITIZATION USE:
In addition to wearing a face mask while inside the office, we ask that you utilize our hand sanitizer station that will be located by the front door upon entry.

4.) RECEPTION / WAITING AREA LIMITATIONS:
For our offices in Cherry Hill (Barclay Farms & Springdale Rd) our reception areas allow enough space for 2 clients with proper social distancing. We will ask that you remain in reception area and maintain proper social distancing until it is determined that you need to sit at a staff member’s desk. If two people are already in the reception area, additional clients will be asked to wait outside of the office until there is enough room to accommodate. For our office in Medford, only 1 client will be permitted into the front of the office at a time. All others will be asked to wait outside until the other client is finished and leaves the building or is away from the front of the office.

5.) TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF NJ & COVID-19 EXPOSURE:
Clients planning to visit the office will be asked to identify if they have had contact with persons who tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, or if they have traveled outside of the state in the past 14 days. If the answer is yes, we will ask that you reschedule your visit after the 14-day period has expired.

6.) TEMPERATURES WILL BE TAKEN:
Clients needing to sit at a staff member’s desk will have their temperature taken before leaving the reception area. Anyone with a temperature above 100°F will be asked to reschedule until such time as they do not have an elevated temperature.

While these precautions will hopefully only be needed for a short period of time, we ask that all clients be respectful of these restrictions for the safety of everyone. We are very excited to be able to meet with our customers and can’t wait to see your faces again (even if behind a mask)!

Thank you for your business and your understanding during this time!
