Michael J McDyer

Agency Principal

I have been licensed in property & casualty, life, and health since 1991 and got my securities license in 2001. I have worked in the insurance business approaching 30 years now and have owned my own agency for 20 years. I am a second-generation agent and have successfully grown my business to three agencies over my 20-year Allstate career. I have my Medford location and two Cherry Hill locations. I continue to build a strong team of licensed insurance professionals to grow my business, serve our customers and help protect their needs today and into their future.

I grew up on the west side of Cherry Hill, NJ, and went to grade school at St. Peter Celestine (now called Resurrection). I went to St Joe’s Prep high school and then went on to St Joseph’s University where I graduated in 1993. I moved to Medford NJ in 2001 when I bought my first agency and have lived here since. I am married to my wife Susan of 17 years. We have three children who attend St. Mary of the Lakes school. We are all very active in our school, parish, and Medford Youth sports.

I am proud to be an Allstate agent and business owner which gives me the ability to help so many residents in the Medford and Cherry Hill area with their insurance needs. Being a business owner also helps me be very active in youth sports sponsorships where my kids are very active. I love Philly sports, most especially the Eagles and Sixers. I love taking my boys to games and watching them develop in youth sports as well. My wife and I are constantly running around from game to game for our boys who play for St Mary of the Lake’s School and Medford Youth Athletics. I also coach my sons’ basketball teams at St Mary’s and his Travel team. I have played the drums since I was 13 yrs. old. I love listening to music and jamming out whenever I get a chance (which isn’t too often these days, but I get it in!). I also love to golf and belong to Medford Village CC for the last 13 years. I enjoy my summers in Avalon NJ and love chilling on the beach with my family. For over 20 years now every Christmas season along with few other local agents, we raise money to buy about 200 bikes and deliver to the US Marines through the Toys for Tots Foundation. We call it Mike’s Bikes because we are all named Mike. The bike drive is a very rewarding thing to do for me and helps my kids understand the importance of giving back.

Brian Jeffery

I have been in the insurance industry since 2008 dealing with Life Insurance and Retirement planning. I grew up in South Jersey and stayed in South Jersey to raise my children. I enjoy working with clients to fulfill their life insurance needs in order to protect their family and to prepare clients for retirement. I am a big Philly sports fan. Sometimes it’s tough to be a Philly fan, but I would not trade fan bases with anyone. In my free-time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am a member of the New Jersey Polar Bear club for the benefit of the Special Olympics which takes place in Wildwood, NJ in January each year.

Sally Miller

Agency Manager

I have been in the insurance industry for 14 years with the McDyer Insurance Agency. I grew up in Clayton NJ. My college degree was in TV, Radio & Film. I freelanced for some time working with NFL Films and ESPN before making a passionate switch to insurance. Helping our clients to protect what is most important to them brings me great satisfaction.
My family is what brings me such joy, I cherish every moment with them. When I am searching for a little time outdoors you can typically find me, riding my horse, going to the shore or just floating in my pool when the weather is right of course. I also love researching my family’s genealogy and taking photos of the NJ Pinelands. I belong to various historic societies in my beloved New Jersey.

Howard Plotnick

Agency Manager

I have been in the insurance industry for the last 25 years, writing mainly personal lines. I grew up in Upper Dublin Pennsylvania. I love being able to come to work and help out our customers with any questions or concerns they have. With my many years of experience, I’m able to use my knowledge to guide our customers properly and effectively.
I really enjoy being with my family. When I’m not working you can find me at home doing many projects around the house that come up. My favorite way to spend a weekend would be going to the shore with my family to lay out and have fun at the beach followed by going out to dinner.

Joanne Hamilton

Life & Retirement LSP

I have been P&C and Life & Health licensed since 2005 and began my insurance career with selling auto, home, life, umbrella, boat, etc. Thanks to the McDyer Insurance Agency, I have been given the opportunity to hone my focus and specialize in Life Insurance and Financial Services for the past 4 years. I grew up primarily in Cherry Hill and have been blessed to have settled with my husband and daughter in the Medford area. I am most excited to help educate my clients on the benefits, costs, and options available to them with life insurance, and remove some of the rampant stigmas and misinformation that is out there. Helping a client prepare properly for their family’s financial wellbeing now and in the future, it is an amazing feeling.
I love raising my daughter and watching her blossom into the strong, independent young person she has become. I cherish the time and memories I have with my family and friends. You could say I have a little guilty pleasure, it’s to binge watching TV shows I love talent shows. I am passionate about educating the public about planning for their and their families’ futures. This industry is the perfect platform and I intend to execute a year-round educational workshop series with the McDyer Insurance Agency starting this year.

Jeanine Niedoba

I have been in this exciting industry for 17 years on both the personal and commercial ends of insurance. I enjoy building a rapport with my clients and utilizing my knowledge and experience to find solutions for their everyday needs. I have been a resident of Camden county for my entire life. I enjoy giving back to my wonderful community by volunteering for different things in my community including coaching and helping the less fortunate. I love getting know people, learning about their lives and experiences. I enjoy helping them feel comfortable and assured that I am here to help offer them guidance to obtain protection for their everyday needs.
My family is the most important to me especially my children they are my world. My clients are like family to me and I treat them as I would a family member. During the weekends, I am usually at sports games for my children. If not there then doing some type of family outing whether it be movies, parks or down the shore when the weather is nice. Always having fun and creating memories together, as that is the most important thing in life. I love to give back and always encourage my children to do the same. So, we are constantly helping and doing things in the community for others.

Sherri DiCamillo

I started in the insurance industry doing antique automobile insurance and received my license 32 years ago! Since then, I have been able to help our customers in various facets of the insurance industry. Making sure my new customers have the right coverage and protection they need brings me such pride. I am proud to be part of such a great team that I can help grow.

I grew up in Browns Mills, New Jersey. Aside from my passion in the office, my greatest passion is being a mother to my son. When I am not working, I can be found hanging out with my son and when he is not available you can find me in my ceramic shop. We enjoy spending time with each other, reading, and painting ceramics.

I volunteer my time to Square Circle Ladies Auxiliary where we do several events for children and raise money to donate.
