Michael J McDyer, founder and executive manager of McDyer Insurance Agencies, is announcing a regional charity drive to honor and memorialize the sacrifices of police officers and fire fighters who have been killed in the line of duty. Funds raised will be provided to the Camden County Emerald Society-Pipes and Drums to cover funeral tribute expenses.

“Our community and country are being protected by heroes, and our agency is proud to support the efforts of the Camden County Emerald Society-Pipes and Drums in the quest to honor our fallen heroes,” said McDyer.

The firm will also be asking residents in the area to be part of the charity effort. Donations provided will be based on referrals, and for every person referred into the firm during the charity event to receive a no cost quote on insurance, McDyer has pledged to provide a $10 donation to the Emerald Society band. Insurance quotes will be provided at no cost.
