Honoring Our Fallen Heroes

Camden County Emerald Society-Pipes and Drums is a local organization whose ongoing mission is to honor our fallen heroes and their families by paying tribute to their service to the community and country.

This wonderful organization is entirely comprised of both active and retired, police, firefighters, EMT/paramedics, and military personnel. The vision that has been in place since its inception has been to honor those who have made the supreme sacrifice while serving their community and country. Camden County Emerald Society-Pipes and Drums typically find themselves performing at funerals for police officers and firefighters. Most recently they performed at the funeral for Lt. Matt LeTourneau of the Philadelphia Fire Dept. who died while trying to save someone in a fire. “Our community and country are being protected by heroes, we at the McDyer Agency are proud to support the efforts of the Camden County Emerald Society-Pipes and Drums in the quest to honor our fallen heroes”.

Camden County Emerald Society-Pipes and Drums members are all very passionate about their mission and find it extremely important to support their fallen brothers and sisters during their time of loss and more importantly the families that these heroes have left behind protecting us all. Funds raised are used to help continue the band’s efforts by providing members with necessary equipment and uniforms as well as providing transportation.
